In your emergency kit we suggest you bring: bandaids, disinfecting wet wipes, paracetamol tablets, pomade for muscular pain.
Our rates do not include insurance for the bikes or for the clients in case of accident. We advise participants to take out their own insurance for these risks.
On your journey, you will ride through villages where you can pick up supplies from the local shops (butchers, bakeries, supermarkets etc) for your picnic. Your itinerary will let you know whether you will find shops on your trip each day. If there are no shops on the itinerary for the coming day, you will need to buy food before leaving. Also, keep in mind that generally in small villages, shops are closed on Sundays and Mondays. This is why we suggest you always have some snacks with you!
